Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather information on patients' trauma histories and to determine the most effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing and recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring that patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies receive immediate and effective support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with trauma survivors from diverse backgrounds, offering care that acknowledges the complexities of their experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Kansas.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and therapies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to patient interactions.

• Ability to manage high-stress situations with composure and professionalism.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of post-licensure experience is the baseline, candidates with additional experience in trauma-focused therapies and interventions will be prioritized. Compensation and Benefits\n
