Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging psychotherapy sessions utilizing telehealth technology to address various emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges faced by clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Utilize our user-friendly therapist portal to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

• Administer thorough mental health screenings and comprehensive assessments to identify treatment needs and inform individualized care strategies.

• Employ applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients struggling with behavioral issues, tailoring interventions based on their specific requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work primarily with adolescents and their families, providing a space for healing, growth, and connection. Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience working with individuals impacted by mental health issues, including co-occurring disorders and substance abuse challenges.

• Proficient in using telehealth systems for conducting effective and comprehensive counseling sessions.

• Solid grasp of current principles, practices, techniques, and emerging trends in individual and family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
