Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions that support clients in navigating their mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Establish a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, encouraging clients to openly share their experiences and struggles.

• Work collaboratively with clients to identify their personal goals and develop actionable pathways toward achieving them.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with individual client needs, integrating feedback and assessments from ongoing sessions for continual improvement.

• Utilize various online platforms and tools to ensure efficient case management, documentation, and communication with clients and healthcare professionals.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and contribute to program development efforts within our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our dedicated team, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we are committed to providing culturally competent care that meets their unique needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Must hold a valid independent professional license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) to practice mental health counseling.

• Proven experience in delivering therapeutic services, developing treatment plans, and conducting assessments.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, particularly in virtual settings, to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience providing therapy, particularly in remote settings.

• Experience working within community health clinics, understanding the challenges and rewards of accessible healthcare.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Family Systems Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
