Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable SpecialistLHH is partnering with one of our long-standing real estate clients on this year long Accounts Payable Specialist contract position. This role will encompass full-cycle accounts payable including month-end support, accruals and multiple reconciliations. The position is fully onsite in a beautiful office location near Hudson Yards.Key Responsibilities:Perform full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment runsReview, code, and process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timelyPrepare and record AP accruals and assist with month-end closeReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMaintain vendor master files, including new vendor setup and W-9 documentationAssist with AP aging, audit support, and ad hoc reportingCommunicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiriesSupport year-end processes, including W-2s and audit requestsQualifications:Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups) are a plusExperience with Yardi is a plus1+ year of accounts payable experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAssociates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredPay Details: $34.00 to $38.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
