Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health status.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists—ensuring integrated care that meets the complex needs of clients.

• Educate and actively involve clients' families in the recovery process, providing them with the necessary support and resources.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with adults experiencing varying degrees of substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
