Work Environment

This role is primarily based onsite at a local school, allowing the Nurse Practitioner to work closely with students and their families, providing primary and preventive care tailored for a diverse young population. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cardiovascular assessments, including comprehensive history taking and detailed physical examinations to diagnose various heart conditions.

• Monitor patient progress through regular check-ins, maintain meticulous documentation of clinical findings, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving patient needs.
• Participate actively in both inpatient and outpatient care settings, organizing follow-up appointments, and engage in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
