Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, leveraging tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural diversity and special needs reflective of the patient population.

• Continually monitor and assess patient progress, implementing evidence-based interventions aimed at supporting mental health diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and clinical information in accordance with regulatory requirements and departmental procedures.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to create comprehensive treatment plans that address specific needs, goals, and desired outcomes.

• Actively participate in enhancing patient safety and symptom reduction strategies within a team-centered approach.

• Serve as a liaison for patients coordinating referral options, establishing and nurturing relationships with other healthcare providers and agencies.

• Provide education and mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers; and contribute to the professional development of staff through peer reviews and clinical collaboration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
