Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, establishing comprehensive treatment plans that address their unique concerns.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting, regularly reviewing their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to foster effective outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, providing accessibility to clients who may struggle with in-person appointments, while ensuring confidentiality and a supportive therapeutic atmosphere.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, progress notes, and communications per ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with best practices.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to refine clinical skills and remain updated with advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Illinois as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to forge strong therapeutic relationships through excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

• Organizational capabilities and time management proficiency to effectively manage a diverse caseload while handling administrative tasks.

• A competitive annual salary between USD 90,000 – 100,000, contingent upon experience and the number of clients serviced.
