Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage physical therapy treatment focusing on preventing disabilities, alleviating pain, and restoring muscle function, ensuring alignment with the prescribed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with and oversee physical therapy assistants to guarantee that all interventions adhere to the established plan of care.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' functional levels, employing various diagnostic tests tailored to muscle, nerve, and joint function.
• Analyze patients' home environments for rehabilitation suitability, offering strategies to enhance their independence.
• Administer prescribed physical therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, traction, and manual therapy techniques.
• Instruct clients in non-manual activities and functional exercises, motivating them towards optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide guidance on the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices, ensuring appropriate fittings and suggesting modifications as needed in collaboration with physicians.
• Regularly participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans and updates on patient progress.
• Prepare clinical documentation, including evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, maintaining all records in compliance with regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about the therapy process and the appropriate use of treatment devices to foster independence and engagement in their recovery journey.
• Ensure timely documentation and order submission as per our clinic's policy and procedures.
• Conduct functional assessments, adjusting care plans responsively to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This exciting role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
