This role is designed to be 100% remote, allowing you to create a safe and comfortable workspace while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As part of a telehealth facility, you will engage with clients through virtual sessions, leveraging technology to remove barriers in accessing mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to address a wide array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate closely with clients to design personalized treatment plans that emphasize holistic recovery and empower them in their journey toward improved mental health.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and identifying long-term support strategies.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards for confidentiality and record-keeping.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and enhance the support network for clients.

• Commit to continuous learning by staying informed about current trends, research, and best practices in mental health care and integrating new knowledge into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting diverse populations within our community, including children, adults, and families. As you engage with clients from various backgrounds, your role will be crucial in creating a non-judgmental and affirming environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.

• Proven experience delivering high-quality counseling services to individuals and groups, with a focus on building therapeutic alliances.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong commitment to practicing cultural competence, ensuring inclusive and supportive care for all clients.
\n
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth delivery and familiarity with virtual therapy tools and techniques.

• Specialized training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or other evidence-based modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually.
