Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting is required.

• Proficient in using technology, including RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct intake assessments and provide effective psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Preferred Experience\n

While three years of experience is the minimum, candidates with a background in a diverse range of therapy modalities and a track record of successful client engagement are preferred. Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a healthcare environment will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
