Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
