Work Environment\n

This role operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with clients and their families through secure video conferencing platforms. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to designated office hours, typically Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health and emotional well-being for children and adolescents, including risk evaluations and diagnostic formulations.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that consider developmental stages, unique family dynamics, and individual strengths.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to strengthen communication and relational dynamics within the family system while providing support and guidance to parents and caregivers.

• Work collaboratively with child psychiatrists, educational professionals, and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support during mental health emergencies, equipping families with coping strategies and resources.
\n
• Maintain precise, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participate actively in team meetings and clinical consultations to enhance collaborative care and share best practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including ongoing training and participation in relevant workshops and seminars.

This position focuses on providing mental health services to children and adolescents, ages 5 to 18, facing a range of emotional and psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
