In this full-time position, situated in Sparks, Nevada, you will play a critical role in helping patients reclaim their mobility and return to everyday activities in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Work Environment

Located in a modern facility in Sparks, Nevada, our outpatient orthopedic clinic values a collaborative approach to patient care. Our team consists of skilled therapists and dedicated support staff committed to fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere for both patients and staff alike. You will work onsite during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This consistent schedule allows for balanced work-life integration for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop detailed and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient, promoting optimal recovery and mobility.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including hands-on therapy, tailored exercise programs, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Educate and coach patients on home exercises and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing wellness and recovery beyond their sessions.
• Document patient progress meticulously in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to create a comprehensive care network for each patient.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes and innovate treatment practices to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient demographic at Keep Moving Forward Physical Therapy primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse cases, including young athletes, active adults, and older clients seeking to maintain their independence. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current license or license-eligible status in the state of Nevada to practice physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably within an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Experience in developing treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions that yield positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
