About the Role
As Kitchen Manager/Chef, you'll be responsible for managing a team of approximately 10 employees and ensuring the flawless execution of a preset menu. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring the kitchen team to perform at their best.
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation.
- Maintaining rigorous standards in cost control and inventory management.
- Collaborating with other departments to support the venue's events and overall guest experience.
This position offers a competitive package, including:
- Salary: $75,000 range
- Work Schedule: Five-day workweek
