This role is completely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home, while still collaborating with a talented team. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients, establishing appropriate diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions via telehealth platforms, ensuring privacy and security for clients during sessions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and updates to treatment plans, in compliance with regulations and company policies.

• Engage in collaborative case reviews with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive care.

• Offer crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients experiencing heightened distress.

• Participate in regular professional development meetings, sharing best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of therapeutic methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Through a person-centered approach, you will work to empower clients to articulate their needs and establish goals, fostering a therapeutic alliance that enhances engagement and facilitates healing.

Qualifications\n

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD in California is required.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A strong ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, driven by empathy and active listening skills.

• Attention to detail and effective organizational skills for session management and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, ideally in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
