Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, enabling you to create a flexible work-life balance. You will engage with clients via video conferencing, utilizing your clinical skills and digital tools to provide effective care. With no on-call duties, you will have consistent hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring time for personal pursuits and self-care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with individual adults through video conferencing, creating a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work, leading to licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The average salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, reflecting your qualifications and experience, and includes additional performance-based bonuses.
