Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that each client receives tailored interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, monitoring progress, and adjusting as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions using evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical interventions that address patients’ specific challenges.

• Managing case coordination for assigned patients, collaborating with a network of healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and patient interactions, as outlined by departmental standards.

• Engaging in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams to discuss treatment plans during scheduled meetings such as patient rounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse group of clients, including individuals and families dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
