Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for individual clients.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting these to meet the varied needs of your clients.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse group of clients from varied backgrounds who are facing challenges related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical or community health setting.

• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience.
