This position is fully remote, utilizing a telehealth model that allows you to connect with clients through secure video conferencing platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns, synthesizing information from clinical interviews, standardized assessments, and collateral sources to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate best practices and evidence-based modalities, adapting approaches as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate response strategies are in place.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic support for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment methods, and local community resources, all while advocating for their rights and wellness needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Your client base will include a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and chronic stress. You will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to the specific needs of each client, thereby fostering personal growth, resilience, and improved overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) is required.
