Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. Provide therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their mental wellness goals. Facilitate group therapy sessions, encouraging collaboration, sharing of experiences, and mutual support among participants. Maintain accurate and timely client records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and professional standards. Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss clinical cases, share insights, and contribute to collective learning. Actively participate in ongoing professional development activities and training programs to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge. Patient Population / Client Focus You will serve a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our clients range in age and life experiences, allowing you to utilize your training and unique skills to provide culturally responsive and inclusive care. Your role is critical in fostering healing and understanding, empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Active licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in California, or eligibility to obtain such licensure. Demonstrated experience (a minimum of two years) in providing mental health therapy, addressing the needs of varied populations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while providing empathetic care. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective engagement with clients, families, and colleagues. Preferred Experience Ideal candidates will have extensive experience providing therapy to diverse populations and a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation software will be considered an asset. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
