Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough preliminary interviews with clients, documenting case details from intake to discharge.

• Evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health to identify individual needs effectively.

• Develop and implement intervention and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups tailored to enhance their personal growth.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote psychological resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, ranging from adults to adolescents, who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• A successful score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
