Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position designed for a collaborative therapist who values flexibility and autonomy. You will work from your home office while engaging in outpatient therapy services for a diverse cohort of clients. Our supportive operational team is available to provide assistance with IT, billing, and administrative tasks, ensuring you can focus solely on your therapeutic practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing evidence-based therapy via weekly live video sessions tailored to the unique needs of individual adult clients.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans that address specific client goals.

• Utilizing advanced tools including symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to inform and adapt therapy interventions continually.

• Participating in weekly case consultations to gain insights and support from leadership, enhancing clinical practice effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult individuals seeking mental health support, particularly those facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other emotional distress factors. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally responsive care that respects and honors each individual’s unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A valid license to practice independently in California as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist, with a minimum of one year of clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
