Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Establish and monitor clients’ therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on client progress.

• Offer flexibility in service delivery, including teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer feedback to stay current with evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapeutic services cater to a diverse population encompassing adolescents, adults, and families confronting various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid Massachusetts state license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with clinical experience in trauma-informed care, family therapy, or group therapy modalities will be favored. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is also considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
