Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families via virtual means, ensuring comprehensive mental health support is accessible to students.

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to gather and interpret critical social, personal, environmental, and health information relevant to clients.
\n
• Evaluate and treat a wide range of mental health issues, working within your scope of practice to implement effective treatment plans.
\n
• Coordinate and plan programs and activities tailored to meet the emotional and social needs of clients within the school environment.
\n
• Facilitate cases encompassing cognitive, affective, and behavioral health, addressing crises and guiding clients towards community resources as necessary.

• Establish and cultivate a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship with clients to foster open communication and facilitate healing.
\n
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services, adjusting approaches and interventions to ensure optimal client outcomes.
\n
• Document all findings and treatment activities meticulously in client records, adhering to the established protocols and guidelines.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload and ensure that all case documentation is current, comprehensive, and reflective of the services provided.

• Provide individualized clinical counseling sessions and follow up on client progress.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned that enhance organizational goals and client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or an equivalent field of study.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
