Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing trusting relationships with patients to create a safe space for therapy.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Regularly meeting with clients to monitor progress, providing feedback, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Documenting progress and treatment plans in adherence to clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Referring clients to external specialists as warranted, ensuring a well-rounded approach to care.

• Participating in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families of various backgrounds facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. With a client-centered approach, you will be tasked with empowering patients by equipping them with tools and strategies to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Proven experience in providing individual and/or group therapy effectively.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional time management capabilities to balance workload efficiently.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
\n
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and treatment tracking.

Compensation and Benefits\n
