Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Wellspring Shift Wellness, you will be instrumental in providing a range of therapeutic interventions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Facilitating family therapy sessions, focusing on communication improvement and conflict resolution among family members.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and expected outcomes for each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans following organizational protocols.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Staying updated on best practices in behavioral health and integrating new therapeutic modalities as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve supporting diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of challenges. You will specialize in addressing issues such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
