Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and developing therapeutic plans tailored to the unique needs of couples and families.

• Working with clients individually and as part of families to address a range of issues, including relationship dynamics, communication barriers, grief, and trauma.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Providing support for specific challenges including alcohol abuse, conflict resolution, adjustment to divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include adults, children, and adolescents facing diverse challenges including, but not limited to:

• Substance abuse issues and related family dynamics.
\n
• Psychological and physical abuse recovery.
\n
• Grief and loss-related trauma.
\n
• Inter-family conflicts and communication issues.
\n
• Adjustment disorders related to separation or divorce.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
