Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, mental health professionals, and parents, to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each student's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough case reviews, developing actionable and goal-oriented care plans to address specific challenges faced by students both academically and emotionally.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics and resources, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to navigate their circumstances effectively.

• Monitor and evaluate students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and providing ongoing support to promote positive outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed of the latest practices and innovations in mental health.

• Document all interactions and interventions in compliance with established protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure accountability and data integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on students in the Camden area, addressing a variety of psychological, emotional, and social challenges that can impact their educational experience. Clients may present with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral difficulties and family-related concerns. The LCSW will tailor interventions to empower students and help them maximize their potential within the school system.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active New Jersey LCSW license.
