Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their individual needs.

• Utilize our electronic medical record system to document patient progress, communicate treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as necessary.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with clients, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that align with their treatment goals.

• Provide information and referrals for additional social or financial support services as needed to help clients overcome barriers to care.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending required meetings and training sessions to remain up to date with best practices in the field.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

• Work collaboratively with other team members, sharing valuable insights and feedback to enhance patient care.

• Manage a caseload efficiently in a high-volume setting, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve working with a diverse group of youth facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will integrate individualized strategies to empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license to practice as a mental health professional in Oregon, specifically LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, clinical psychology, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
\n
• A valid Oregon driver’s license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy to youth, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining a focus on quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
