Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead engaging group sessions where clients connect, share their experiences, and learn coping strategies in a supportive environment.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: You will provide one-on-one counseling tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping them explore their thoughts and emotions while developing effective coping mechanisms.

• Creating Treatment Plans: You will work collaboratively with clients to design individualized treatment plans based on identified goals and needs.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilizing assessment tools and client feedback, you will evaluate and track clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: You will communicate regularly with fellow professionals, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to foster enhanced client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support young adults facing various mental health challenges. Your compassionate and thoughtful approach will guide them through their journeys, helping them to overcome mood disorders and other mental health issues in a safe and understanding setting.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license is mandatory.

• Experience in mental health treatment with clients dealing with mood disorders in both residential and outpatient settings.

• Knowledge and skill in utilizing therapeutic modalities such as motivation interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
