Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of new clients, gathering vital history to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances and needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to various client demographics.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop engaging program activities, ensuring that every client receives optimal therapeutic experiences.

• Actively participate as a member of the credentialing committee, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our clinic’s reputation and service quality.

• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, working alongside psychiatric providers and other clinical staff to offer comprehensive care.

• Document and evaluate patient progress using approved platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
\n
• Review and analyze the effectiveness of therapy sessions and interventions, utilizing client feedback for continuous improvement of care strategies.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility in responding to the evolving needs of our clinic and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will serve a diverse patient base, including children, adolescents, and families with a variety of behavioral health needs, including developmental differences. You will be instrumental in addressing their unique challenges and empowering them through personalized care approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a closely related field; licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is required.

• Active licensure in the state of Washington to provide counseling services.
\n
• A solid understanding of various empirically supported psychotherapy techniques, including cognitive-behavioral, social constructionism, and narrative therapy models.

• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality client care and utilizing client feedback to enhance therapeutic strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with children and families, particularly those exhibiting developmental differences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
