Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, using evidence-based practices.

• Develop, implement, and continually assess treatment plans with focus on measurable goals tailored to clients’ mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in alignment with state and federal regulations, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Facilitate therapeutic activities and ensure effective group counseling sessions, guiding discussions to foster a supportive community among clients.

• Provide timely follow-ups and ongoing support to clients as they progress through their treatment journey.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in regular supervisory meetings to discuss case studies, share insights, and continue professional development.

• Adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary to address special population needs within your caseload.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to youth facing substance abuse issues, clients experiencing depression and anxiety, and those with eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, along with the possibility of a sign-on bonus.
