Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software for efficiency.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, making referrals to specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive treatment.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of emerging trends and practices in mental health care.
Engage in community outreach efforts to raise awareness about mental health resources available to clients, enhancing their access to care.\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LCSWs primarily cater to individuals and families facing significant barriers to accessing mental health care, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and caseload responsibilities.
