Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing solution-focused interventions to design personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective treatment strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning and case discussions with a multi-disciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring coordinated and holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment methodologies, providing them with essential resources to enhance their understanding of available support options.

• Stay current with the latest research and trends in mental health to continually refine your therapeutic approach and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will predominantly involve working with adults facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. You will engage with clients from a range of backgrounds, utilizing culturally competent care to meet the diverse needs of our population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• An active license in the state of New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficiency in a range of psychotherapy methods and an ability to personalize approaches based on individual client needs.
