Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy tailored to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and psychotherapeutic interventions based on your professional expertise and client requirements.

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client records, documenting sessions in alignment with HIPAA and organizational standards.

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to promote effective outcomes.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and gain insights from fellow clinicians.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients from various backgrounds feel comfortable sharing their experiences. You will engage with clients through various stages of their mental health journey and adapt your approach to best fit their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent) is necessary to practice in this role.

• Strong experience in individual, couples, and family therapy, with a demonstrated track record of applying diverse psychotherapeutic techniques effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and education. Additional benefits provided include:
