Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery, incorporating psychosocial assessments and relevant interventions.

• Establish strong relationships with community resource leaders, attending meetings and sitting on committees that address the social and mental health needs of our patients.

• Provide urgent counseling and crisis intervention services, effectively assessing and treating emotional and behavioral issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain open communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to discuss patient progress, needs, concerns, and any emerging challenges.

• Document clinical notes and treatment progress promptly according to established departmental protocols, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from a diverse range of backgrounds and are seeking help for various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work closely with individuals and groups, providing therapy tailored to their unique goals and cultural contexts, ensuring sensitivity and understanding as you support their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid and active license in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is essential.

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Excellent interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration with fellow professionals, medical staff, and clients.

• In-depth knowledge of psychological theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based treatment models.

Compensation and Benefits\n
