This full-time remote position focuses predominantly on assessing and treating clients with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Work Environment\n

This role is based in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a robust support network among colleagues. All counselors at Single Pathway Psychiatry are equipped with modern telehealth technology to facilitate seamless communication and follow-up with clients. However, the occasional in-person meetings may be required to foster team cohesion and professional development. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotational evening and weekend shifts to accommodate our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to analyze the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, employing structured diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their specific goals and therapeutic preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment modalities, and self-care strategies to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment phases, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate evolving needs.

• Engage in regular consultations with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical confidentiality standards.

• Attend case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development sessions to continually enhance your clinical skills.

• Advocate for clients’ needs, helping to de-stigmatize mental health conditions and promote awareness of available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Single Pathway Psychiatry, you will primarily work with adults encountering a variety of mood disorders. You will support a diverse clientele, including individuals from different cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive yearly salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses. We also provide a sign-on bonus to help ease your transition into this role.
