Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in understanding their challenges and developing coping strategies.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and continuous evaluations to guide treatment planning and ensure quality of care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, adjusting strategies as needed based on client progress and feedback.

• Engage actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and progress updates to enhance client outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational requirements.

• Manage caseload efficiently to meet the needs of all clients and ensure timely responses to inquiries or concerns.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals grappling with substance use issues and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our clients are diverse, and they often face various external challenges, including socioeconomic factors, that affect their mental health journey. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Oregon.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proficient understanding of various therapeutic methodologies tailored to behavioral health and substance abuse treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
