Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members in the development of personalized treatment and discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, ensuring alignment with accepted social work interventions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and implement appropriate interventions for patients facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions and patient progress in accordance with departmental policies to support continuity of care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, counseling, and emotional support to patients, fostering a safe space for self-exploration and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
