This position offers a flexible remote work environment while occasionally requiring presence at our outpatient office in San Bernardino. The work schedule is designed for a healthy work-life balance, with business hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

• Uphold responsibility for documentation, ensuring all reports and data submissions are completed accurately and promptly.

• Participate in on-call coverage as required, contributing to crisis management efforts after hours.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and committees to enhance service delivery and operational excellence across the agency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician will primarily work with clients facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. Understanding the complexities of treating these populations, you will deliver holistic services designed to empower clients through the recovery and healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this role is competitive, offering an annual salary between USD 70,000 and 85,000, alongside comprehensive benefits.
