Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives, using validated assessment tools when appropriate.

• Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with the specific goals of each client, adjusting approaches based on progress and feedback.

• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to facilitate holistic care and ensure that clients’ comprehensive needs are addressed.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client progress and treatment interventions as mandated, utilizing our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clientele may present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Through your therapeutic interventions, you will play a pivotal role in empowering clients to understand and overcome their struggles, promoting positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within Oregon is essential for this position.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health or clinical settings is required.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed professional evaluations, treatment recommendations, and implementation plans.

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
