Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting short-term, evidence-based therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms.

• Creating and assigning digital educational materials such as lessons and assessments between sessions to support therapeutic goals.

• Participating in regular clinical consultation meetings for continuous professional development and to ensure adherence to best practices.

• Engaging in peer-based quality assurance reviews to maintain high levels of clinical care and outcomes.

• Maintaining detailed records and monitoring client progress to facilitate effective treatment adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a broad client demographic, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have a dedicated caseload of motivated clients, allowing you to implement personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices. Your contributions will directly facilitate improved patient outcomes, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys more effectively.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).

• An unrestricted state license as an LCSW/LISW/LICSW, LPC/LPCC/LCPC, LMFT/LCMFT, PhD/PsyD Psychologist, or LMHC/LCMHC, allowing independent practice without supervision.

• Proven experience in providing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Prior experience in utilizing video technology for counseling and maintaining a full clinical caseload.

• Residency in the United States is required.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the qualifications listed above, candidates who possess experience in therapeutic modalities tailored for diverse populations, as well as familiarity with digital client engagement tools, will be viewed favorably. Adeptness in balancing quality care with administrative responsibilities is also highly desirable.
