Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite at our hospital facility, where you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth patient assessments, including histories and physical exams, to diagnose illnesses and develop effective, personalized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Conduct a variety of medical procedures such as suturing, IV placement, and other outpatient procedures, while ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
• Assist in surgical interventions, providing necessary preoperative and postoperative care, and follow up with patients to monitor progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative measures, empowering them to take an active role in their health management.
• Maintain meticulous medical records using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all patient encounters are documented accurately for robust care continuity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
