Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough clinical assessments, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and necessary diagnostic evaluations to understand patients’ pain issues.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Conduct minor procedures and interventions as appropriate, supporting the surgical team while observing guidelines and protocols.
• Provide education to patients and their families about conditions, treatment routes, and lifestyle modifications that enable effective pain management.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records to document patient encounters, treatment progress, and follow-up strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions, contributing your insights to enhance care processes and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to assess and treat a diverse patient demographic, focusing on individuals coping with chronic pain conditions that impact their quality of life. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in pain management, showcasing your familiarity with diagnosis and treatment approaches.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Exceptional clinical skills and the capacity to make independent decisions within your scope of practice.

Preferred Experience

• Proven ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care is maintained.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
