Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' specific needs and goals for rehabilitation.
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating a wide range of therapeutic modalities aimed at improving mobility, strength, and stability.
• Utilize advanced techniques and assistive devices to optimize patient outcomes while minimizing dependency on medications and surgical interventions.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patients, encouraging a holistic approach to their healthcare.
• Monitor and document patients' progress regularly, ensuring effective communication with the medical team to adjust care as necessary.
• Provide motivation and support, fostering an encouraging environment that empowers patients to engage with their rehabilitation.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
