Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Clear Skies Therapy LLC, you will undertake a variety of vital responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations, establishing treatment goals with both patients and physicians.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment programs based on evidence-based practices, which may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of modalities.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Supervising physical therapy aides and support staff in providing direct patient care, offering guidance and increasing their clinical skills.
• Engaging with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nursing staff, and occupational therapists, to develop and modify treatment plans when necessary.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of care interventions, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring patients meet their rehabilitation goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve adult and geriatric patients who are recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting their mobility and quality of life. You will be instrumental in providing compassionate care, supporting their recovery, and enhancing their ability to perform daily tasks independently.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a physical therapy practice.

• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other clinical documentation tools.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Our Physical Therapists receive competitive compensation, with a salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
