This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with patients through innovative telehealth technologies. You will benefit from a flexible work schedule, primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while also adapting to the evolving needs of your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique trauma history.

• Craft individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to promote healing and coping.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support and resources during trauma-related emergencies via telehealth.

• Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development to enhance our trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in trauma therapy to ensure best practices in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing various trauma-related issues, such as PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your interventions will focus on helping these patients build resilience and cope with their experiences while offering them a safe space for healing through compassionate therapy.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly in trauma-focused therapy.

• Deep knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time telehealth position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
