Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while delivering care.

• Conduct regular client sessions to assess progress, discuss challenges, and plan for discharge when clinically indicated.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on each client's unique needs.

• Generate and maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client session to comply with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and establish suitable treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client growth.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and maintain certification requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele at Empowerment Pathways is diverse, encompassing individuals of different ages and backgrounds, including those dealing with common mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with clients in a supportive and therapeutic manner, ensuring that they feel valued and heard as they navigate their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduate education.

• Proficiency in technological tools, including Outlook, RMS systems, and spreadsheet applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on various client needs.

• Experience in a remote or virtual counseling setting is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model, with guaranteed rates, enabling you to enjoy timely payments without waiting for reimbursements.
