Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work while being a part of a cohesive team within our outpatient psychiatric practice. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient appointments. The work environment is collaborative and supportive, facilitating frequent communication among team members through virtual meetings and case consultations, ensuring coordinated care for all patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and collaboratively establish personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for the Mental Health Therapist position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
